Wicked West
The mid 20's...
The current band... purely covers. My first ever "cover" band, I always strived for original but if the originals aren't metal it is hard to be happy lol...
Keep rocking...
In the beginning...
I've been banging on a 4 string bass since high school,
on 1 of about 6 I've ever owned, you know, back when you thought you were going to be the next
Geezer Butler
or Steve Harris,
ya... that didn't happen. One can dream right...? After the
trip around the sun, not a lot of room left for fame and fortune... not at this point
unless corrupt politician is your thing
of course.
I essentially have the worst setup known to man... but makes my day so there is that. I play a Spector NS-2 (the old Korean version) thin strings Super Slinky 100's... switched to Mesa/Boogie gear recently (from Ampeg, which was a switch from SWR), a Subway 2x10 600-watt 8-ohm cabinet with a Subway 1x15 400-watt 8-ohm cabinet. Powered by a Subway D-800 Lightweight 800-watt head, I have 2 heads actually, I started the whole bi-amp adventure, but for covers was pointless. So now I call it a back-up head.

Oh ya... I see ya cringin'...

Yes the SINN experiment... such an awesome band, where theater meets metal. Had to give it all a try... so much fun; even did a vid.
You can checkout some official SINN — Time Immortal
The early 10's...
PDT... probably the most laid back band I have ever had the pleasure of playing with. Also all original... one or two covers, but covers were short lived.
You can checkout some classic Astro Zombies a Misfits cover.

The early years... was the band I wanted it all to happen too. Meh... pipe dreams right? All original... we actually did a few off the cuff covers, Metallica of course... oh and some Barren Cross.
An early cassette tape tracked recording... very very old school.
